Returns and Refunds.
Our aim is to provide excellent customer services.
We want you to be happy with your purchases so we offer a no quibble, satisfaction guaranteed returns policy.
All our products are from official suppliers and are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. We will act as the agent for the relevant manufacturer during your warranty claim. In the event that the manufacturer of your goods accepts a fault is covered by their warranty of we will either repair or replace the goods in accordance with the manufacturer's findings and guidance. Unfortunately will cannot refund postage costs for warranty faults.
If there is a problem with your bike please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Components
Any components fitted or used will not be refunded unless there is a fault with the product. All our components are covered by their respective manufacturers UK warranty. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Clothing
If there is a problem with your purchases or find they don't fit please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will organise a replacement or refund provided the goods are unused and in a saleable condition, with the original tags and packaging attached.
Credit/Debit card payments.
All Credit/ Debit card payments are processed by Iridium in conjunction with Halifax Bank of Scotland. All details are kept secure and encrypted.
Your details are not held in clear text on any web site.
After entering your card details you will be forwarded to your card issuers website. As part of the 3D Secure system they may ask you to enter additional personal details to authenticate your card. Please be patient with these additional security steps, they are essential in our fight against credit card fraud.

Delivery
Cycles
If you live within a 40 mile radius of our premises we will personally deliver your bike to you fully set up and ready to ride.
Outside this area we arrange for your bike to be delivered by Night Freight. They provide a fast efficient service, usually delivering within 3 working days. Your bikes will arrive fully assembled, all you have to do is turn and tighten the handlebars and attach the pedals. All the necessary tools and full instructions will be provided.
We deliver to the UK Mainland only.
Free delivery for cycles over £350.
For cycles below £350, delivery is charged at £18.00.
For Early Rider wooden bikes, delivery is FREE.
All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
If you are in a hurry for your bike please phone us or send an email and we will try our best to get the bike to you as soon as possible. (Small extra delivery fee may apply) If you would prefer to collect your bike from us please contact us to arrange a time.
Accessories and Clothing
We will send accessories and clothing by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery except for large orders or heavy items which will be sent by Night Freight. Items in stock will reach you within 3 working days, out of stock items may take longer.
Free delivery on orders over £50.
For orders below £50, delivery is charged at £2.99.
All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
